Welcome to Reveknew. The following terms and privacy policy (collectively, the “Terms of Use”) govern your use of the Reveknew website, apps and services ("Reveknew").​​​ Please read them carefully.

Amatsii Limited ("Amatsii", "we”, “us” or “our”) is a limited liability company in Ghana with address at at 56 Nii Afrotse St., West Legon, Accra, Ghana. 

Amatsii provides technology solutions and software for businesses. Reveknew is a proprietary recurring billing and subscription software Service by Amatsii for businesses, associations and social groups ("Merchants") to create, schedule and administer collections for recurring billing and subscription products and services ("Services"), for their customers ("End Users").

Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Amatsii. It details our obligations to you. It also highlights certain risks of using Reveknew and you must consider such risks carefully, as you will be bound by the provision of this Agreement through your use of this website or any related Services.

Independent Contractor

We are an independent contractor for all purposes, providing this website and services on an independent service provider basis. We do not have control or assume the liability or legality for the products or services administered using Reveknew or its Services. We do not guarantee any user’s identity and cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.

Changes to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of Reveknew following the revisions denotes your acceptance of the changes.

Privacy Policy
Amatsii is committed to managing your Personal Data following the Data Protection Act 2012, Act 843 of Ghana and similar regulations in other jurisdictions where applicable. You can read our Privacy Notice to understand how we use and protect your information.

Using Reveknew
You may use Reveknew only if you can legally form a binding contract with us, and only under these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed. Using Reveknew may include downloading software to your phone, tablet, or other device. You agree that we may automatically update that software, and these terms will apply to any updates.

Merchants
Reveknew products and services facilitate business between consumers (end users) and organizations (merchants). If you create a business account, that is an account for a company, organization, or other entity ("Merchant"), then "you" includes you and that entity, and you imply that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these terms and bind the entity to these terms and that you agree to these terms on the entity's behalf.

As a Merchant, additional terms may apply, Subscription Service Terms  ("Customer Terms") and those additional terms constitute a separate agreement with us. ​

Your Reveknew Account
You may need a Reveknew account in order to use some of our services. You may create your own account or your account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer, business or an executive of a club or social group.

When you create your account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. If you are using an account assigned to you by an administrator, your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

Limited License to Use Our Services
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Amatsii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use our applications on your device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through Reveknew, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use, except where expressly permitted by Amatsii. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Amatsii and Amatsii's licensors.

Text Messaging (SMS) / Email
You agree that we may contact you by SMS or Email at any of the contacts provided by you, or on your behalf, in connection with your Reveknew account. You also understand that you may opt out of receiving text messages by: (i) terminating your Reveknew Account (ii) contacting your Account Administrator or (iii) contacting our Support Team.

Network Access and Devices
You are responsible for obtaining the data and messaging network access necessary to use Reveknew and network rates and fees may apply. You are responsible for acquiring and updating compatible devices necessary to access and use Reveknew. We do not guarantee that Reveknew will function on any particular hardware or devices.

Transaction Fees and Service Fees
You understand that use of the Reveknew may include costs to you as follows:

• End Users: Costs to pay for products and services provided by Merchants ("Transaction Fees")

• Merchants: Costs for use of Reveknew and its Services ("Service Fees"). 

Transaction Fees and Service Fees on Reveknew are processed by licensed Payment Service Providers on behalf of Merchants and/or Amatsii. Processing of Transaction Fees and Service Fees are under the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of each Payment Service Provider.

​Transaction Fees are set by Payment Service Providers and your rights in respect of changes to Transaction Fees are as under their Terms of Service. 

Service Fees are set by Amatsii, and as between you and Amatsii, we reserve the right to establish, remove and/or revise Service Fees for any or all Services obtained through the use of Reveknew at any time in our sole discretion. We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Service Fees that may apply and changes.

Disputes & Reversal
If you believe that an unauthorized or otherwise problematic transaction has taken place, you agree to notify the Merchant using their Reveknew Support Helpline and the Payment Service Provider who processed the transaction through their support channels. ​​

If you enter into a transaction with a Merchant and have a dispute over the goods or services you purchased, Amatsii and Payment Service Provider have no liability for such goods or services.

Payment Service Providers may intervene in disputes between End Users and Merchants concerning transactions but have no obligation to do so, except as in their applicable Terms of Service. Your transaction ID and/or transaction details will be required to resolve all disputes.

Intellectual Property
We reserve all of our intellectual property rights in Reveknew. Third-party Trademarks and logos used in connection with Reveknew are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reveknew, and other Reveknew trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used for our products and services are trademarks of Amatsii Limited.

Security
We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, we can't guarantee that unauthorized third parties won't be able to defeat our security measures. We ask that you keep your password secure. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

​​Modifying and Terminating Reveknew
We are constantly changing and improving our products and services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a product or service within Reveknew altogether. You can stop using Reveknew at any time, although we'll be sorry to see you go! We may terminate or suspend your right to access or use our services for any reason with or without notice. Reveknew may also stop providing services to you or add or create new limits to our services at any time.

Third-party Links
Our services may contain links to other websites and resources provided by third parties that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources. If you access any third-party content from our services, you do so at your own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of use for such third-party content.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise. We specifically disclaim any and all warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COLLECTIVE LIABILITY OF Amatsii AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND DIRECTORS, TO ANY PARTY (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO Amatsii TO USE THE Services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Digify from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Service.

General Terms
If there is a conflict between these terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will control that conflict.
 

These terms control the relationship between Amatsii and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

If you do not comply with these terms, and we don't take action right away, this doesn't mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Visiting our website (www.reveknew.app and its sub-domains), using our mobile apps, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email, our website, and mobile apps, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing

Governing Law 
These Terms of Use and your use of the site and Services are governed by and construed under the Laws of Ghana.

Dispute Resolution
Informal Negotiations
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Use (each a "Dispute" and collectively, the “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least 14 days before initiating the arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.
